Hours of Service:  Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (PST)

Prices:  Effective October 2, 2002 - Taxes, where applicable, are not included.
No Minimum Order.  Free UPS Ground Freight on all single orders over $200.
This offer is good for the contiguous United States only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Terms of Sale:  Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing you order constitutes acceptance of our Terms of Sale.  All transactions are entered & performed in the City of Chico, and governed by the State of California.

Payment Terms:  1% 10days.  Full payment due 30 days after invoice (upon credit approval).  All payments are due, even if Buyer has not inspected goods delivered hereunder.  All overdue payments are subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month on unpaid balance.

Shipping Time:  Most stock items will be shipped within 24 hours.  IMEC shall attempt to meet delivery schedule Buyer requests, but cannot be responsible for delays due to strikes, acts of God, embargo and any other circumstance beyond IMEC's control.

Shipping Terms:  Unless otherwise agreed, Free Freight applies to all orders over $200 shipped to one destination.  Any order where premium freight (1 day, 2 day, or 3 day select) is requested by the customer the customer will be billed the difference between premium and regular ground freight.  All other shipments will be FOB Chico, California.  Tracing and damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee on all collect shipments.  Buyer pays all costs of shipping, and risks of loss shall pass to Buyer on delivery to carrier at Chico, notwithstanding any provision for payment of freight of insurance by IMEC.  All drop shipments will be made "prepaid" and added to the invoice unless otherwise indicated.  Parcel Post and United Parcel charges will be billed on the merchandise invoice.  Unless shipping method is specified by the Buyer, IMEC determines the carrier.

Return Goods:  Returning of merchandise must be done with a Return Authorization ("RA number") from IMEC.  Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving goods from IMEC.  After obtaining your RA number, ship merchandise (with RA number on outside of box) to IMEC, 275 Fairchild Avenue Unit 104, Chico, CA 95973 via UPS ground.  Risk of loss of merchandise sent to IMEC for adjustment shall remain with Buyer until such is received and accepted by IMEC.  Items returned for credit are subject to a restocking charge not to exceed 20% of original sales price.  Custom items cannot be returned.

Warranty:  a)  Warranty.  IMEC offers six months warranty on materials and workmanship.  IMEC also assigns to Buyer the transferable warranty, if any, provided to Seller by the manufacturer(s) of the merchandise covered herewith.
                 b)  Limitation of Warranty and Liability.  The foregoing constitutes IMEC's entire warranty, expressed, implied and/or statutory (except as to title), and such warranty and for damages, whether direct, special, incidental or consequential.  Other than as expressly provided in this document, no warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made.  No employee, representative, or agent of IMEC has any authority, expressed or implied, to alter or to supplement the terms of this warranty.

Liability:  In no event shall IMEC be liable to Buyer or any third party for incidental, consequential or special damages.

Damages:  IMEC's liability for damages shall not exceed the payment, if any, received by Seller for the merchandise or service(s) furnished, or to be furnished, which is the subject of claim or dispute.

General:  Prices and Terms are subject to change without prior notice.  Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to improve or modify products without prior notification.
